Our Steel Fuel Tanks are a safe and cost-effective way of storing fuel onsite. We provide a comprehensive range of high quality fuel tanks which have been manufactured to the highest specifications, suitable for many applications. Due to their secure and safe design and coupled with simple monitoring systems they ensure the prevention of accidents and provide continuous peace of mind from the reduced risk of damage to the environment. Horizontal cylindrical mono-skin tanks manufactured by using shell plates and dished ends made of carbon steel quality S235JR , watertight electro-welded (submerged arc welding process), provided with anti-roll supports, primed with a rust preventing layer and externally treated with two coats of primer and a final finish of two coatings of synthetic metallic GREY paint. Tanks are delivered pressure-tested and ready-to-use. Tanks are equipped with: Collection basin able to hold 50% of total quantity of the tank. It is complete with lifting plates, grounding connection point, drain plug for routine cleaning/ maintenance;

  • Fuel Transfer Unit 15 GPM Diesel Transfer Pump (120V/60Hz, 650 Watt, 7.5 Amp, Duty Cycle: 20 minutes on/off, 3450 RPM, 48.5 lbs, IP55 rated), with 3-Digit Mechanical Meter (in gallons) dispensing hose (length 13 ft.) and Automatic nozzle.
Included accessories:
  • Discharge or cleaning hose with a 1 inch zinc plug;
  • Upper hose for a level probe;
  • Plug for the connection of the earth cable;
  • Gangway 16 inch diameter, complete with oil gasket and tight bolted cover;
  • Anti petrol gasket with a 3 inch opening with a lockable bayonet fastening and a 90% load limiting valve;
  • Aspiration system with a no return valve with a calibrated spring and a closing ball valve and strainer;
  • Exhaust with a terminal brass fire barrier;
  • Mechanical level indicator and float.
